CLINICAL PHARMACIST

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and hospital formulary
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning
