The Department of Internal Medicine of Maria Reyna – Xavier University Hospital, Inc. (MRXUH) proudly offers a 3-Year Residency Training Program accredited by the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP).
This program is dedicated to nurturing future internists who embody MRXUH’s core values of Excellence, Compassion, and Faith. Shaping doctors who not only heal with skill but also care with heart.
Our residents receive comprehensive training in patient management, diagnostic evaluation, and evidence-based treatment, preparing them to become leaders in the medical field. The program is structured to foster both academic excellence and personal growth through mentorship, clinical exposure, and community service.
Our department has achieved a Five-Year Accreditation Status (2025–2029) granted by the Philippine College of Physicians, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering the highest standards of medical education and training in Northern Mindanao.
